“Bake sales, car washes are staples of cheerleading squads, marching bands. Can these fundraising pastimes also save NASA’s planetary exploration program from budget cuts?” states Sarah Rich in a report for online newspaper for her university.  This shows how many schools and universities has taken action to try to save NASA form their 2013 budget cuts. Today many Americans have beneficially formed the NASA program. However, the government is cutting in half their 2013 budget cuts. Why is the government callously cutting in half NASA’s budget? What division of the government is supposed to finance NASA? Should NASA still be financed form the Fed.? I consider NASA should have the equivalent privileges as any additional curriculum and financed as any supplementary curriculum in the US.
Ms. Sarah Rich has pointed an imperative point on the government’s issue with the economy: they use our currency for disadvantage than advantage. Take the budget cuts on NASA for instance.  They have cut down their 2013 budget then on something else. Our economy is imperative to me and others; this is the reason why I believe the United States have made a cut that was not useful. The cuts they are making toward useful sources are ridicules. The US makes bad investment on our economy. This is why our financial system is so shocking. “The Administration strongly opposes the level of funding provided for the commercial crew program, which is $330 million below that [fiscal year] 2013 Budget request, as well as restrictive report language that would eliminate competition in the program” Obama wrote. Now we are using China’s space explores to make explorations now. This is how bad our economy is.
They are concern about what’s on their head instated of what’s init. This shows that they didn’t think how much it will cause the government to pay their every day routine. “Getting ready for each fight requires more than a million individual safety checks.” States CBS news reporter John Blackstone.  “Blackstone” To me this is a big role to an everyday lifestyle. He also reported that “Since the 1960’s NASA got only 5 percent of the federal budget. Today, that down to less than 1 percent.” (Blackstone) Less than 1 percent than last time that’s very wrong.
“In a statement of administration Policy issued May 7, the White House office of Management and Budget (OMB) cited the below-request funding for  NASA ‘s commercial crew program as  among the reason Obama would be likely to veto H.R 5326 if it reaches is desk as is.”(Chag) I believe that this policy is stupid in many ways possible. The NASA program needs all the help it can get. Not help it can only make the schools and university stronger.
This shows how many schools and universities has taken action to try to save NASA form their 2013 budget cuts. Today many Americans have beneficially formed the NASA program. However, the government is cutting in half their 2013 budget cuts. I consider NASA should have the equivalent privileges as any additional curriculum and financed as any supplementary curriculum in the US.

Sarah  Rich:
My article shows what next year’s budget cuts are and what the nation is doing to help the NASA program. It is also showing how the program is important to all of us not just me. Doing this demonstrates how vital is program to myself and others.

MSN news:
States how the 2013 budget cut will affect NASA and their additional programs. Also states how this will impact the US financial system and the National debt. Further more, the national debt owes more on it self rather than owing money to another country.

CBS News:John Blackstone:
Mr. John clearly reports that the maintenance of an aircraft is harder than it looks. Also that the budget cut will not cover of all its expenses due to the high cost.

Research Memo con....

Data Analysis:
As I reviewed my statistics, I have found three practical effects about my targeted audience. I have found that they are concerned if the USA engraves the NASA funding, and if they did what the USA was going to do with the money. I have also found that even though if they thought the NASA program should be removed they cared about it. One more thing that I found was that everyone established that the NASA has unquestionably impacted the US in countless ways possible.
 Conclusion:
My hypothesis was incorrect. I thought that many people would not even care about the NASA and what it does to our National economy. Every little thing  was different than expected. My outlook on this research was that everyone was going to say no at every question I had and would not even care. I can conclude that my question based on the data was so incorrect and that I could at least had a positive outlook.
Follow up:
From here I want to start have a positive attitude with my research. I will use all of my 5 question to research more about my topic. As a result of this research, I have not changed my question to my topic.

Research Memo 2

The solar System is very important to many people. NASA, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, has found many amazing objects out in space. The government has now suggested stop funding the NASA program.  Do you believe the Government should stop funding the NASA program?  NASA has done many good things. They have found another heliocentric system just like ours. They help fund many children learning programs. The government has mad many bad investments throughout the years and now blaming the program. This matter is not the program issue, but the governments’. Facing the obvious, NASA had done well for the US. Then, why should they stop funding the NASA?
This is just the begging of something better in the US and our way of life. Are we ought to abolish the program away of funding?
My Hypothesis:
My hypothesis about this survey was that most people would declare that the NASA program should be eliminated because of the National debt we contain. My Hypothesis was erroneous. I suppose that I should have an encouraging outlook towards this subject. My hypothesis should have been that most people would had supposed that the NASA program should not been unconcerned because of the finding of the solar system.

Context:
My intentional audiences were adults and college undergraduate because they are the tax payers the majority of the times and they worry about the US financial system. As for adolescence, they do not mind much about the economy’s national debt. My results were legitimate and in fact, I liked them. I knew they were suitable because most adults and college undergraduate answer no to the First question in my investigation.
